Nestled in Guiones town, our beautiful crafted Shala is an open air space with hardwood floors, a traditional thatched roof, hand-painted mural and consciously curated decor. Usable year-round, our Shala comes fully stocked with mats, blocks, straps and a sound system ready for you to enjoy.

In this space you will find a variety of community events, thoughtfully chosen experiences and a daily class schedule. Be guided by one of our in-house instructors or by guest teachers from around the globe as you tap into your sense of flow through a variety of movement modalities, meditation, breathwork and a deep sense of awareness of the world around you.
