With more than 15 years of experience, Esti Chizic is a highly skilled Yoga Therapist and E-RYT500 instructor, recognized for her extensive knowledge in yoga, movement and holistic healing. 1on1 is a space to reconnect, with your breath, your body, your joy. Life moves fast, but here we slow down. We honor the small moments in between: a deep stretch, a nourishing meal, a breath of stillness, a flicker of gratitude. Whether it’s yoga, movement, meditation, or simply doing what you love, this is about feeling good from the inside out. In 2020, Esti surrendered to a higher calling—letting go of all she owned, including her thriving yoga studio in New York—to follow a vision that had long whispered to her soul. Guided by trust and devotion, that vision took root and blossomed into Norte Nosara Wellness Center, a sacred space for healing and transformation in the heart of Playa Nosara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
