Nicole MHad my third class yesterday. Fantastic workout and instructor with great music. Esti offers a nice mix of classes to keep it interesting. Looking forward to my next class. Highly recommended 👌 👍
My husband and I needed a mental reset from city life but didn’t want to just sit around on a beach and look at our phones. We decided to try Norte for an active but relaxing vacation. What an unforgettable experience! Esti, Norte’s co-founder, led the beautifully curated week filled with yoga, breathwork, local activities and Costa Rican sunsets while still leaving us plenty of time to explore Nosara’s beaches and sample the delicious local restaurants without guilt. Esti even took our group to Playa Ostional to watch the hatching sea turtles - so wild (indeed!). Norte’s bungalows are stylish, unpretentious yet so comfortable. We indulged and caught up on much needed sleep.

Esti is an incredible yoga teacher and inspiration. From the moment I stepped into her class, I felt safe, supported, and truly seen. She creates a space where you can move at your own pace while still feeling gently motivated and encouraged. Her classes are fun, grounding, and full of care, and I’ve learned so much about yoga through her guidance. You can truly feel that Esti lives yoga, it’s not just what she teaches, it’s who she is. My practice always improves with her, and I always leave her classes feeling more connected, balanced, and at home in my body. One of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

We feel very lucky to have found Esti! She is a phenomenal instructor; skilled, very patient, and willing to adapt to our needs and level of aptitude. She was also so encouraging with our teenagers! Yoga sessions with Esti were the highlight of our family’s trip to Nosara!

Este is the queen of yoga in Nosara - a professional teacher full of meticulous attention - it's impossible not to love yoga after a class with her - her studio is one of the most beautiful. In the jungle and next to the pool - there is no champion like her
